Our Cupping Machines are available in Red, Blue, and Black editions. Each color option features the same professional-grade technology and functionality, allowing you to choose based on your personal preference.

The main unit of the Cupping Machine should be kept dry. While the silicone cups can be cleaned with water, the main device should only be wiped with a slightly damp cloth. Never submerge the main unit in water or use it in wet environments.

The Cupping Machine is designed to treat multiple body areas including back, shoulders, arms, legs, and more. With different cup sizes (small, medium, large) and specialized filling ports, you can target specific concerns in each area for optimal results.

Unlike expensive spa treatments with limited sessions, you can use your Cupping Machine as needed. For optimal results, we recommend starting with 2-3 treatments per week for the first month, then reducing to maintenance treatments 1-2 times per week. The device has no usage limits, allowing you to maintain your results consistently over time.

Many users report feeling immediate relief after the first session. However, optimal results typically develop over 2-3 months with consistent use. You'll continue to see improvements in pain relief, muscle relaxation, and blood circulation with regular treatments.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

The Cupping Machine operates for approximately 3 hours on a single charge, which is sufficient for multiple treatment sessions. A full charge takes about 2 hours.

Clean the silicone cups after each use with mild soap and warm water. Wipe the main unit with a slightly damp cloth. Never submerge the main unit in water. Allow all parts to completely air-dry before storage.

First, ensure the device is fully charged. Check that the cups are properly attached. Refer to the User Manual's Troubleshooting section for common issues. If problems persist, contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

When not in use, store your Cupping Machine in the protective case provided. Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the device and cups are clean and dry before storage.

With proper care and maintenance, your Cupping Machine is designed to last 3-5 years of regular use. The unlimited usage feature means you can use it as often as needed without concerns about session limits or additional costs.

Usage & Results

Ensure your skin is clean and dry. Remove any lotions or oils from the treatment area. For optimal results, start with the lowest suction level and gradually increase based on your comfort. Choose the appropriate cup size for the area you're treating.

Most users describe the sensation as a gentle pulling or lifting feeling. The device has multiple suction levels, allowing you to adjust the treatment to your comfort level. Some temporary marks or slight sensitivity is normal and typically subsides within a few hours.

After treatment, gently massage the treated area. Stay hydrated and avoid strenuous exercise for a few hours. The treated area may show temporary marks that will fade naturally. Avoid extreme temperatures and direct sun exposure on treated areas for 24 hours.

A full body treatment typically takes 20-30 minutes. Treating specific areas like the back or shoulders may take 10-15 minutes. The device's efficiency allows you to incorporate treatments into your regular wellness routine without significant time commitment.

Yes, cupping therapy works well with most wellness routines. However, avoid using it on areas with open wounds, burns, or severe inflammation. Wait at least 24 hours between cupping and other deep tissue treatments. The device's unlimited usage feature allows you to create a comprehensive wellness regimen.

Yes, we ship to select international destinations. International shipping times vary depending on the destination country and may take 7-21 business days.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99 within the United States. For orders under $99, a flat shipping fee of $7.99 applies. International shipping costs vary by destination.

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement if necessary.

Address changes may be possible if the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible with your order number and the new shipping address.

Refund & Return

We offer a 30-day risk-free trial on all our products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To initiate a return, contact our Customer Support team through our website or app. They will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

Once we receive your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

For returns within the 30-day trial period, we cover the return shipping costs. For returns outside of this period, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Trial & Warranty

We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all our Cupping Machines. This warranty covers defects in materials, workmanship, or product quality not caused by user damage. The warranty begins on the date the device is delivered.

The 30-day trial period, or right-to-return period, starts on the day the product is delivered. This gives you ample time to experience the benefits of unlimited home cupping treatments before making your final decision.

While we do not offer replacement devices due to theft or loss, contact Customer Support in these instances for special consideration.

If your Cupping Machine is found to be faulty during the warranty period, first refer to the User Manual for Troubleshooting suggestions. If troubleshooting does not resolve your issue, contact Customer Service. We will provide instructions for sending the device for repair or replacement.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, or cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the device. The unlimited usage feature is designed for normal home use; damage from excessive or improper use is not covered.
